At LEKKER Bikes we believe in your peace of mind. Experience the easiest delivery of your bicycle with a worldwide 2-year warranty. Any doubts regarding size or gear ratio? Don’t worry, take your bike out for a quick test ride, because you’ve got a 14 Day Return period in which you can swap for a bigger or smaller size. It’s our goal to let you experience your new LEKKER the best possible way.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping rate varies per region. Simply head to the check-out to calculate your shipping costs. Prices are based on the shipment of a single bike. Accessories are included free of costs if they are ordered together with a bicycle.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery times usually take up to 2-20 business days on average, depending on the shipping method selected upon checkout. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door or to one of our brand stores. We work with international shipping partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery times vary depending on where you order from.

How does your bicycle arrive?

98% – Full roadworthy bike delivered to your home.

An option for our conventional (non-eBikes) bikes and a standard shipping method for our eBikes. This means that your bike is already assembled at our assembly facility in Melbourne. All our eBikes are tested and carefully packed. At arrival, you simply fit the pedals, adjust the handlebar and saddle. If your bicycle comes with a front carrier rack or additional accessories, these will need to be installed at delivery. But we’re always available to assist.

85% – Smaller box, lower shipping costs.

You will need to assemble the front wheel, pedals, steering and seat yourself. You also need to check the brakes and gear system.

Both options have their benefits. We like to emphasize that the “85%” bikes must be assembled by a skilled mechanic or someone with good technical understanding. If there is damage caused by incorrect assembly, it will not be covered by our guarantee. Besides this, it could also make the bike unsafe to ride. Do not neglect to maintain your bike after buying it. Make sure to check the chain every so often and bring your bike to a mechanic once every 6 months.

Note: This option is not available for our eBike range.

What if I want to return my bike?

We offer a 14-day return-free policy. No questions asked! You have a good two weeks to try your bicycle, and if you are not happy, please let us know. Simply send us an email at info.au@lekkerbikes.com. We do strongly advise you to keep the box in case you have doubts, as this will simplify the return shipment massively and saves some double packing. You’ll receive a prepaid returns label, and you can schedule a pick-up at a time that suits you.

Are returns free of cost?

Absolutely. If you decide to return the bike within the 14-day return-free period. Please make sure to keep the original packing, so it’s easy to organize the return of the bike. A shipping label will be sent by our customer care team, and the pick-up will be organized directly with our logistic partner. When you do need a new box, we will charge $ 58,00 for a new box, including the shipment of the box. You’ll receive a prepaid returns label, and you can schedule a pick-up at a time that suits you.

Refunds take approximately 14 business days after we have received your return shipment.

Refunds will be issued in AUD. LEKKER Bikes is not liable for any additional fees or fluctuations in exchange rates.


LEKKER International BV offers a 2-year guarantee on our frames. We also give 2 years on the components of our different models on the day of purchase. This guarantee is only for replaceable components. Our warranty is not transferable and can only be used by the original buyer of a LEKKER product. If you want to use the warranty, please ensure you have your receipt and go to the original shop in which you made your purchase.

There are cases where our warranty is void. Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear, incorrect assembly or maintenance. There is no warranty in case of; damage caused by accidents, improper use or negligence. Also, in case of changes made to the original design.

How we try to give you the best experience

At LEKKER Bikes we want you to be thrilled with your new bike and/or accessory! If this is not the case, whatever the reason might be, we will try to fix this. Whether you are simply not satisfied with our product or it has been delivered with damage, in either case, we know that this is not ideal. See below on how we will to make it up to you:

  1. 14-day money-back guarantee.
  2. 2-year guarantee on our frames.
  3. At least 2 years guarantee on all components. This does not include flat tires.
  4. Our Customer Care team will process your order within 24h.
  5. We always aim to get your bike to you within 10 business days. A bike is rather large and not very easy to pack, so sometimes it might take longer. With our Track & Trace number send via email, you can always be sure when your item is going to be delivered.
  6. Returns are free of charge. Make sure to keep the original packing. You’ll receive a prepaid returns label and you can schedule a pick-up at a time which suits you.
  7. In case of damage; unfortunately, there is a chance that the bike box has been shaken or tossed during delivery. If the bike arrives damaged, we would love to help you out and pick up the bike. In 90% of all cases, you will receive your new bike in 14 days.
